The shoemakers of the fairys.
Leprechauns only appear in summer, since they
sleep in winter. Then their hammering is loud over the meadows and the
moorland. They hide from the mortal. They are happy little guys, that know
exactly where to find treasures. Therefore it was often tried to catch a
Leprechaun, but even if this is successfull it is impossible to keep them or
hold them. You always meet them with only one shoe, since they hide the
second. They just take it out when they flee from mortals.
