Gnome
Friendly, wise earth spirits. Gnomes look like miniature humans of the area
they are living in. They have a huge knowledge of the cosmos, the earth and
minerals. They can look into the future and the past, and learn from it.
Gnomes develop the ability to kind of "swim" through the earth, walk
through it. And they can look inside all living and non-living things. Since
they never worry and attend therapeutic events frequently, they live several
hundreds of years. Gnome comes from the Greek word Gignoskein, that means to
learn and to understand. Nowadays Gnomes have withdrawn into the remaining woods
of Britain and Europe, since their natural living space is occupied by
humans.
